1. Strategy First
With over 30 years working in design, I’ve learned a few things along the way. I’ve learned why projects work. And I’ve learned why projects fail. The projects that have consistently had the best outcomes, were the ones that had strong strategy behind them. Designing without a strategy becomes a shopping exercise in style, where the designer is showing the client options, and the client is choosing which ones they like. That’s not what I do, I solve problems. It’s my job to help you identify your problem and then work with you to find the best vehicle to get you where you want to be. The reaction I seek from my clients isn’t “oh, this is beautiful” or “oh, you’re a magician.” I want you to say “of course” and “that makes so much sense.”
Once you’re ready to get started, we’ll schedule a workshop, either by Zoom or in person, where we will discuss your project in detail. We’ll define your Strategy, your Objectives, and my Deliverables.
